   Snohomish County Parks, Recreation, and Tourism is taking proactive steps in preventing the spread of COVID-19. Your party will be limited to the physical distancing requirements outlined in the governor’s Safe Start Washington Plan for Snohomish County. The requirements can be reviewed at: https://www.governor.wa.gov/sites/default/files/SafeStartPhasedReopening.pdf. If you and your party are unable to meet this criteria, please indicate on this form that you would like to cancel your reservation. FAILURE TO COMPLETE THIS FORM WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF YOUR RESERVATION.
