Yes, all users must register prior to using File & Serve. It is free to sign up for an account, all you need is an email address. You will receive an e-mail confirmation that contains your username and password.
Note: If you cannot self-register to use File & Serve, contact your Firm Administrator to get a username and password. The Firm Administrator registers the firm and is responsible for setting up and maintaining all information for system users, credit card accounts, and attorneys at the firm.
