I have concerns with regards to effect on private dug wells in the vicinity of the project

This concern will be evaluated as part of the application review process. Water quality will be reviewed under Snohomish County Code and the Drainage Manual. More information about water quality stormwater requirements can be found here. The subject application was routed to the Snohomish Health District (SHD) for comment. SHD will assist the County by providing records related to existing wells and associated well protection zones. All comments will be provided to the applicant to address and provide responses back to the County.
