Kayak Point Regional Park offers eleven reservable shelters that are available November-March. Shelter reservations do not include parking permits, and reserved shelters must be occupied by 11 a.m.
North Picnic Shelters

The north picnic shelters are ideal for family gatherings. Shelters one through ten are located along the north end of the saltwater beach with an amazing view of Port Susan. Each shelter is 14x24 feet and includes two picnic tables and a standing BBQ grill. Water spigots and fire pits are close by (water is shut off Nov-March). Limited first-come, first-serve parking is available between some of the shelters. These shelters are recommended for parties no larger than 25. Reserve online or call 425-388-6600.
South Shelter
Perfect for company picnics and large gatherings, the south shelter is located immediately to the left as you approach the beach from the road. Measuring 21x40 feet, it can accommodate up to 100 people (seating for 45). The shelter includes electricity and BBQ grills with water and restrooms nearby. Reserve online or call 425-388-6600. It is closed November-March.
