Willis Tucker Splash Pad

Subfacility of Willis D. Tucker Community Park

Other Link Willis Tucker Picnic Shelter Reservations

The splash pad is closed for the 2023 season. See you in 2024! The splash pad opens at the end of May (the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend). It is open from 10 am to 7 pm daily through Labor Day. Then it is open on weekends until the warm weather ends in September.

Throw on a pair of shorts or swimsuit and join the kids dodging the tricky soaker, silverflow cannon, aqua dome, water jelly, aqua jumper, power spinner, power volcano, water domes, and splash palace for a fun, family-friendly activity.

There are three kite shelters available for reservation next to the splash pad. These make a comfortable area for parents to lay out a picnic lunch or simply sit back and relax while keeping an eye on their youngsters playing in the water, on the playground equipment, or in the nearby sandbox. More information is available here.

Activating the Splash Pad

The splash pad operates on a timer. To activate the system, lightly touch the top of the yellow pedestal and then remove your hand. It is a touch sensor and there is no beep or light to tell you it has been pressed. Allow a 15-30 second delay. For maintenance support, please email contact.parks@snoco.org.

Keep the Splash Pad Clean

For uninterrupted service, please remove playground sand from feet and clothes prior to entering the pad. Sand, linen fibers, and other foreign matter clog the filters and shut down the system.

Banned Items

The following are not allowed in the water:

  • Food
  • Dogs
  • Street clothing
  • Bikes
  • Skateboards
  • Diapers (non-swim type)

Picnic Tables & Kite Shelters

Picnic tables and the three canvas kite shelters, adjacent to the splash pad, are for the enjoyment of all park patrons. Shelters that are not reserved may be used on a first-come, first-serve basis. Unoccupied tables cannot be reserved. Signage, ribbon, or other forms of holding them will be removed. For more information on picnic and kite shelters, click here.

Shelter rental does not guarantee the splash pad feature will be operating. Snohomish County Parks reserves the right to close or shut down the operation of the spray feature at any time due to chemical imbalance, equipment malfunction, inclement weather, or any other safety reason that may occur. No electricity or BBQ grills are available at the kite shelters.
