The February 9, 2016 Special Election is for voters who live in the Arlington, Edmonds, Lake Stevens, Lakewood, Mukilteo, Stanwood-Camano and Sultan school districts.
Ballots to military and overseas voters will be mailed January 8 to all other voters on January 21.
