The Evergreen State Fair during a busy day may have over 40,000 happy people enjoying food, fun, music and each other’s company. Preparing for a big party like the fair requires planning for all the good things that we want to happen but also requires careful preparation for how to respond to emergencies. The preparation for the bad things that may happen is approached by the development of an Emergency Action Plan and is practiced by table top exercise.
