SNOHOMISH COUNTY, Wash., June 7, 2021—The Snohomish County Conservation Futures Program Advisory Board (CFPAB) today announced that applications are being accepted from Monday, June 7, 2021 to Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. for potential funding assistance from the Snohomish County Conservation Futures Program (CFPAB). The CFPAB anticipates application review at the Wednesday, September 15, 2021 board meeting and recommendation to the Snohomish County Council in October 2021. Successful program funding is available on a reimbursement basis. It is anticipated that a maximum amount of $3 to $4 million may be available during this grant round for distribution to eligible organizations or jurisdictions per Snohomish County Code Section 4.14.
Application Submission and Due Date
Grant applications and accompanying attachments must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 31, 2021. Submissions received after this time will not be accepted. Final grant applications shall be submitted by mail, or electronically, using information provided on the Conservation Futures Program Advisory Board webpage. No hand delivered submissions will be accepted. If submitting by mail, the submittal must be received by the submission deadline. Submittals shall consist of eight double-sided copies of the application along with one digital copy (.pdf). In addition to submittal materials, all applicants are required to provide a brief presentation about the proposed project to the CFPAB at the Sept. 15, 2021 meeting.
**PLEASE NOTE** Due to COVID19, the board meeting and grant presentations may be held via Zoom or may be held in person. Applicants will be notified prior to the scheduled meeting of the meeting method.
