On March 23, 2020, Governor Jay Inslee signed a “Stay Home, Stay Healthy Order.” The Snohomish County Executive signed a similar order on March 24, 2020. For your own health and well-being and to ensure the safety of our employees while continuing to support ongoing Superior Court operations and services to the public, the Clerk’s Office is closed, in most cases, to in-person assistance. Information regarding continued Superior Court operations are outlined in Superior Court Emergency Orders which can be found by visiting Superior Court’s website: https://snohomishcountywa.gov/197/Superior-Court.The Clerk’s Office continues to provide online, phone and mail in filing services Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Clerk services are detailed below.While we continue to offer online services and customer service via telephone, we ask that any non-emergent or non-time sensitive filings and inquiries be mailed in or held until our office reopens to the public.

The Clerk’s Office will accept filings Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Filings received in the Clerk’s Office by 4:30 p.m. will be filed and date stamped that same day; filings received after 4:30 p.m. will be file date stamped the next business day.
