Snohomish County Public Works to Host Job Fair to Fill Temporary and Seasonal Positions

Held 5:30 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 29, Cathcart Operations Center in Snohomish


EVERETT, Wash., Jan. 24, 2020 – Would you like to work outside and start a rewarding career? If so, plan to attend the Snohomish County Public Works Solid Waste and Road Maintenance job fair between 5:30 and 8 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2020, at the Cathcart Operations Center in Snohomish.


The fair will provide an opportunity for applicants to ask questions about the county’s seasonal and temporary laborer, site attendant, grounds maintenance, manual labor and traffic control positions. All positions are full time and start at about $20 per hour. The seasonal positions, which include the county’s lauded Litter Wranglers team, will start at various times in the spring and summer and last until the fall. Attendees at the job fair will learn about county application requirements, guidelines, processes and more.
