Snohomish County Animal Services needs your help in locating the owner of an injured male goat found wandering loose near the 13300 Block of Jordan Trails Road, Arlington.
On October 27, 2017, a Good Samaritan found the goat and contacted a local goat rescue for assistance. Due to the extent of the injuries, the rescue contacted Snohomish County Animal Services who arranged for a veterinarian to evaluate and treat the goat. The goat required surgery and is currently recovering. Animal Services is seeking information about the goat’s owner, as well as how the goat came to be loose and injured.
The adult male goat is black and brown, has horns and is possibly an Oberhasli. The goat is not currently available for adoption but donations may be made to assist with its care through the Snohomish County Animal Benefit Bequest Fund
