Winnie the Pooh author, A.A. Milne wrote, "Some people talk to animals. Not many listen though. That's the problem." For newly hired Animal Control Officer (ACO) Stoker, that problem played a big part in her becoming an ACO. For her, the best part of the job is giving animals a voice. ACO Stoker has seven rescued pets, to include a tortoise, three dogs and three cats.
