LAKE STEVENS, Wash. – Snohomish County Sheriff's Office detectives are asking for the public's help in locating 40 year-old Arthur "Sean" Smith. Smith, who is autistic, was last seen at the 7400 block of 123rd Ave NE last night around 8 p.m.
