SUBSCRIPTIONS TO ELECTRONIC SUPERIOR COURT RECORDS
(ODYSSEY PORTAL)

Pursuant to Snohomish County Code 4.119, notice is hereby given that the Snohomish County Clerk’s Office is restructuring current subscription fees for remote, electronic access to court records effective November 1, 2016.
Subscription fees will be restructured based upon organization/company size and not the number of subscribers. Restructured subscription fees are as follows:
| Company Size | Annual Fee |
| 1 – 2 Employees and/or Individuals | $100 |
| 3 – 5 Employees and/or Individuals | $250 |
| 6 – 10 Employees and/or Individuals | $500 |
| 11 – 20 Employees and/or Individuals | $700 |
| More than 20 Employees and/or Individuals | $900 |
Discontinued fee structure:
| Number of Licenses per Firm | Annual Fee |
| First license | $600 |
| Second & subsequent licenses | $60 |
Free access to and viewing of court documents is available in the office of the County Clerk.
Written comments may be submitted in one of three ways:

- Via U.S. Postal mail to Snohomish County Clerk’s Office, ATTN: SUBSCRIPTIONS, 3000 Rockefeller Avenue MS 605, Everett, WA 98201;
- Hand delivery to Snohomish County Clerk’s Office, ATTN: SUBSCRIPTIONS, 3000 Rockefeller Avenue, Mission Bldg. – 2nd floor Room M-206, Everett, WA 98201.
