Detectives Seek the Public’s Help after Identifying Human Remains

EVERETT, Wash. On January 1, 2019, detectives with the Everett Police Department recovered a human foot found on Jetty Island in Everett. The Snohomish County Medical Examiner has positively identified the remains as belonging to Antonio Neill who was reported missing by his family in December of 2016. He was 22 years-old. The cause and manner of death have yet to be determined by the ME, but detectives with the Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit continue to investigate the case and conduct searches of the area where the remains were found.
