CIU Detectives Seek Public’s Help in Lake Stevens Collision Investigation

LAKE STEVENS, Wash. – Detectives with the Sheriff’s Office Collision Investigation Unit are seeking the public’s help to locate and identify the individual(s) who may have transported one of the drivers from 84th St NE in Lake Stevens to Providence Regional Medical Center after a three-car collision on Monday, December 31. Surveillance video from the hospital shows the driver of the Acura, a 28 year-old Arlington man, dropped off to the emergency room at approximately 2:30 p.m. by a blue colored Chrysler 300 with chrome wheels. The 28 year-old was escorted into the hospital by a passenger in the Chrysler described as a white male, 30-50 years old, with facial hair and wearing a baseball cap. The individuals in the Chrysler 300 are not suspects in any crime and detectives would like to speak with them to complete their investigation.
