Homicide Investigation in Bothell

BOTHELL, WASH. – Snohomish County Sheriff’s detectives are investigating a homicide at the 10 block of 198th Pl SE. The victim, a 36 year-old male, was shot outside a residence by an unknown assailant. Attempts to revive the victim were unsuccessful and the victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Detectives are interviewing several witnesses, but a suspect has yet to be positively identified.  

A call came in to 911 that a suspicious vehicle was parked in the neighborhood just before 3 p.m.  A few minutes after 3 p.m., a second call came it to 911 that the victim had been shot. 

The street at 198th Pl SE, a dead-end road, will be closed for several hours.
