Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office property crimes detectives have been investigating several burglaries in north Snohomish County and think there may be more victims. Between October 9th and 19th several residents in the Seven Lakes Area (south of Stanwood) and the Three Lakes area (east of Snohomish) reported burglaries and thefts. In each case, items were stolen from detached outbuildings, such as garages, shops or barns, and from vehicles on the property. Items stolen include large equipment such as air compressors, power washers, and tools. In some cases, residents didn’t realize they were the victim of a crime until several days after the burglary took place.
Residents who live in these areas who think they are the victim of a burglary or car prowl during this time frame are asked to contact the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office at 425-388-3845.
