Overdue Stillaguamish Rafters Found Safe

The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue Air Unit has located the two overdue rafters on the Stillaguamish River between the Cicero Bridge and Arlington. The 22 year-old female and 21 year-old male, both from Arlington, have no reported injuries and did not require any medical aid.
The rafters had put in the river at the Cicero Bridge on the late yesterday. They were last seen at approximately 5:30 PM yesterday. They were reported missing around midnight and SAR, along with Arlington Police and Arlington Height Fire searched the river for over two hours until suspending the operation until 8:30 AM this morning.
