WSU Snohomish County Extension Education

Based out of Willis Tucker Park, WSU Snohomish County Extension programs connect the people and communities of Snohomish County with the knowledge base of Washington State University to promote quality of life and advance economic well-being through fostering inquiry, learning, and the application of research. The Jr. Park Ranger Adventure Guide is a self-guided adventure through Snohomish County Parks. Learn about wildlife, ecosystems and Leave No Trace principles all while exploring nature! Complete the number of pages based on your age (see booklet) and become a certified Snohomish County Jr. Park Ranger! Learn More and download your own copy here!


Equestrian Open Ride

Open Riding is available on Mondays and Tuesdays at the Evergreen State Park in Monroe for EXERCISE ONLY. Dates maybe added or reduced quarter by quarter, subject to change.  Register here for open rides.


Northwest Stream Center

The Northwest Stream Center at McCollum Park offers many environmental education programs. Call the stream center at 425-316-8592 or visit the Adopt-A-Stream website.

Kayak Point Disc Golf Resort

Disc Golf Resort (DGR) is a complex of multiple disc golf courses, varying in difficulty level, that will have consistency throughout every DGR location including the same baskets, tee pads, and tee signs in an effort to push the sport towards a level of standardization that does not currently exist. DGR locations will offer a mix of amenities including but not limited to a full service pro shop, a restaurant & bar, tap house, and event rental facilities and services.


High Trek Adventures

High Trek Adventures, located 20 min N of Seattle at Paine Field Airport Park, is an aerial adventure park with a high ropes course and 3 ziplines that circumvent the park. The courses (one geared towards younger children and one geared towards adults and young adults) have over 60 aerial elements that guests will climb, balance, and swing through from heights of 15 to 50 feet. This outdoor fun center also has an 18 hole mini golf, a tactical laser tag arena, and, as of Spring 2020, axe throwing lanes.


Bigfoot BMX

Bigfoot BMX is an all-volunteer tax-exempt nonprofit organization offering USA BMX sanctioned bicycle motocross racing at Pioneer / McCollum Park in Everett, WA.


Evergreen State Fair

The Evergreen State Fair is held every year for 12 days with the final day of fair ending on Labor Day. We are proud to host an event that celebrates our rich agricultural culture, traditions and community.  At the Evergreen State Fair, there is something for everyone.
