Snohomish County Surface Water Management (SWM), a division of the Department
Conservation and Natural Resources replaced a culvert on
Trickle Creek located at 23325 Locust Way. The old culvert was failing and was a barrier to fish passage. It was replaced with a structure designed to allow fish passage.
Construction took place in summer and fall 2023 and is complete.
This project is funded by Surface Water Management fees.
Construction schedules are subject to change based on many factors that include: public safety; availability of funding, staffing, equipment and materials; right of way issues; permitting requirements; coordination with utilities and other agencies; soil conditions under roadway and seasonal changes.
