As a Recovery Court Coordinator/Senior, you will lead employees under direction of the supervisor by assigning work and supporting and training them, reviewing their work to ensure accuracy and compliance. Also, you will partner with cooperating agencies to build understanding of treatment court services and develop good public relations.
SKILLS YOU WILL NEED
To thrive in this role, you must have excellent leadership skills, communication skills and a deep understanding of best practices in working with individuals with Substance Use Disorder.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE/TRAINING THAT SUPPORTS YOUR SUCCESS
Your Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social work, social welfare, counseling or closely related field will help you succeed in this role. You will also need to have experience developing case plans, and experience in a leadership role.
