Senior Housing Stability Program

Overview

The primary goal of the Senior Housing Stability Program is to promote stable housing and independent living for Snohomish County senior citizens with behavioral health concerns.


The Senior Housing Stability Program provides intervention and navigation support services to seniors who are homeless or whose housing has become unstable.  An Individualized Action Plan is developed to prevent homelessness or remedy the housing instability.

Program Eligibility

The information below is a brief guideline of eligibility for the Senior Housing Stability Program. To discuss specific needs or situations, please contact the office at 425-388-7585.

  • Age: Applicants to this program must be 60 years of age or older.
  • Housing Crisis: Applicants must be in a situation where their housing has become unstable.
  • Behavioral Health: Applicants must be experiencing housing instability due to behavioral health concerns.
  • Individualized Action Plans: Applicants must be willing to develop an action plan for supportive services.
  • Area Served: Applicants must reside in Snohomish County.
