Records maintained by the Court are not subject to the Washington State Public Records Act. Snohomish County District Court provides records pursuant to Washington State Court Rules General Rule 31 (Access to Court Records) and/or General Rule 31.1 (Access to Administrative Records) as applicable. To request court or administrative records, complete the Request for Court Records and email it to SDC-PubDisclosure@snoco.org.Copies of District Court records may also be requested in person at any of our four divisions during regular business hours (8:15-12:00 and 1:00-4:30, Monday - Friday), by mail, or by fax.
