General Information
Records maintained by the Court are not subject to the Washington State Public Records Act. Snohomish County District Court provides records pursuant to Washington State Court Rules General Rule 31 (Access to Court Records) and/or General Rule 31.1 (Access to Administrative Records) as applicable. Our policies/procedures may be reviewed here (GR 31) and here (GR 31.1). Copy Fees
Snohomish County District Court's Fee Policy is available for review. All copy fees must be paid in full before records will be released.
[New!] The fee for copies of audio recordings of court hearings is $20.00 per case, per hearing date.

To request court or administrative records, complete the Request for Court Records and email it to SDC-PubDisclosure@snoco.org.Copies of District Court records may also be requested in person at any of our four divisions during regular business hours (8:15-12:00 and 1:00-4:30, Monday - Friday), by mail, or by fax.
