Frequently Asked Questions
My document was rejected but I don't know why.
If your document was rejected by the Clerk’s Office, you will receive an email that indicates the reason for the rejection. You can also view this information within the Dashboard in OFS and clicking on Filing History. If the filing had a fee associated with it, you will not be charged until the filing is accepted.

At this time, Snohomish County Superior Court is not accepting electronic working copies. Please see Snohomish County Local Court Rules.
What is the status of my filing? Did my filing get accepted?
You can view the status of your filings at any time by going to the Dashboard and clicking on Filing History. From there you can view the status of all filings. For detailed information regarding your filing, click on the envelope (see graphic below).
