State Digital Archives Search Tips

For the best search results, you should have your Superior Court case number prior to visiting the Digital Archives website. If you do not know your case number you can search for it at Washington Courts - Records Search.
Click on the “Superior Court Cases” tab and then click on which type of search you want to perform (Name, Case Number, Business Name).  If you are unable to locate your case information under Superior Court, you may want to try searching under Municipal and District Court Cases.

"Keywords" search is also available; however, search parameters are limited to docket/index data (documents/images are not searchable). Results of "Keywords" searches may include several different cases with similar keywords, so it is important to confirm you are selecting the correct case.
To ensure you are receiving all the documents associated with a case when using the "Keywords" search function, it is recommended you re-enter that case number in the "Case Number or Keywords" field, which will return only that case and associated documents.

Go to Snohomish County Superior Court’s page at the Washington State Digital Archives website to search for court records.
