Snohomish County Public Works will be replacing a 30-inch diameter culvert under the road at 21015 West Richmond Rd during June/July 2019. The site is on a fish bearing tributary to North Creek. The culvert will be replaced with an 11.5-foot wide metal pipe-arch culvert that will improve passage for fish and replace the deteriorating pipe.
Work is anticipated to take place during June/July 2019.
To install the new culvert, the road will be closed near the address 21015 West Richmond Rd for approximately two weeks during June/July. The detour route will be signed and utilize 1st Pl W, 205th Pl SW, S Danvers Rd, Logan Rd, 1st Ave W, and 213th St SW.
The estimated cost for this culvert replacement is $300,000 and will be paid for through Surface Water Utility funds.
