Manor Way Pedestrian Improvements

Project Description - Completed 2015

This project on Manor Way between 164th Street SW and 156th Street SW improved pedestrian movement and safety by constructing a 5-foot wide walkway on the west side of Manor Way in 2015. The walkway is approximately 500 feet long and located ¼ mile north of 164th Street SW. 


Phase 2 improvements (center turn lane, sidewalks, bike lanes, planter strips and enclosed stormwater drainage) may be considered at a future date. 


 Environmental Review—Public Notice

An environmental review of the Manor Way Pedestrian Improvements has been completed in compliance with the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA). SEPA requires that all state and local agencies identify and evaluate the environmental impacts of their land use decision. An Environmental Checklist has been prepared and a Determination of Non-Significance has been issued for this project. These documents are available by viewing the links below.
