- Energy Smart Loan Program
In 2012, Snohomish County partnered with Puget Sound Cooperative Credit Union (PSSCU) to launch an Energy Smart Loan program for Snohomish County residents to increase access to energy efficiency improvements and renewable energy projects. The Energy Smart Loan Program has made more than $17 million in low-interest loans to Snohomish County residents for energy efficiency home improvements!
