The Design Review Board (DRB) makes recommendations to the applicant following a conceptual overview of the proposed project by the applicant and public input on the project.
Please note that the Design Review Board's authority is limited to modifications regarding the project, such as:
- Scale
- Density
- Design
- Building mass
- Circulation within the development
- Access to adjacent properties and neighborhoods
- Access to transit from the development
- Proposed uses in the project
The Design Review Board does not provide recommendations on issues such as traffic, stormwater drainage, critical areas, or other non-design related matters. Comments or questions outside the scope of the Board’s authority may be directed to Snohomish County's Project Manager. Please include the project name and file number in the subject line of your email or letter. Submitting original written comments to the County will make you a Party of Record for the project.
