Snohomish County’s ADA Public Right-of-Way (ADAPROW) Citizen Advisory Committee members are volunteers appointed by the County Engineer who help develop guidelines and recommendations to handle ADA compliance issues for pedestrian facilities in the public right-of-way. The committee is comprised of ten positions that are non-paid, with a two-year term.
