Regular employees are eligible to enroll in voluntary individual insurance plans through Aflac. The policies that are available through payroll deduction are below.
New employees are required to enroll within 30 days from their date of hire or qualifying change in status. Contact Aflac to enroll, make changes, or to make self-payment arrangements.
