Description
Snohomish County Public Works is proposing to improve pedestrian movement and safety by constructing a sidewalk and planter strip on the west side of 39th Ave. SE between 220th Street SE and 221st Place SE. The sidewalk is approximately 300 feet in length. Public Works plans to construct this sidewalk in spring/summer 2015.
Environmental Review - Public Notice
An environmental review of the 39th Avenue SE Pedestrian Improvement has been completed in compliance with the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA). SEPA requires that all state and local agencies identify and evaluate the environmental impacts of their land use decision. An Environmental Checklist has been prepared and a Determination of Non-Significance has been issued for this project. These documents are available by viewing the links below.
