Housing Feasibility Study

Snohomish County Tomorrow (SCT) undertook this feasibility study to explore options for creating a new program that would allow multiple jurisdictions to work together to expand affordable housing opportunities. The SCT Steering Committee approved the report in June 2009.

The study was led by the Housing Subcommittee of the SCT Planning Advisory Committee, and sponsored by a growth management grant by the Washington Department of Community, Trade, and Economic Development (now Department of Commerce) to the city of Lake Stevens.
