Adult Drug Treatment Court

Snohomish County Adult Drug Treatment Court (ADTC) is a court that has been specifically designed and staffed to supervise non-violent felony drug-addicted defendants. A judge closely monitors defendants who are referred to a comprehensive program of drug treatment and rehabilitation services.

The ADTC was created to help break the cycle of repeated arrests, prosecutions, and incarcerations of drug users in Snohomish County. Drug Treatment Court is a rigorous program that holds the participants fully accountable for their actions and requires a significant commitment from the participants. ADTC connects participants to services that will facilitate their success in chemical dependency treatment and sustain healthy living.

How to Apply

Applications for ADTC are first screened by the Snohomish County Prosecuting Attorney's Office to confirm applicants meet the requirements of program entry. The applicant needs to have their defense attorney notify the Snohomish County deputy prosecuting attorney assigned to the case of their interest in drug court. The applicant will then be screened prior to acceptance into the ADTC Program. The Prosecuting Attorney's Office may be reached by calling 425-388-3333 or visiting:
