The Hearing Examiner's Office sets the calendar of hearing dates. The standard hearing day and hours for original jurisdiction land use cases and appeals are as follows:
9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch recess
Hearings are held at: Robert J. Drewel Building (Admin-East Bldg), 3000 Rockefeller Ave.
1st Floor, Hearing Room 2 Everett, WA 98201
The Hearing Examiner's Office prepares an agenda for each hearing day showing the date, place, and time that each proposed development or appeal hearing is scheduled to be heard, along with a brief description of the nature of each application/appeal to be considered and, for land use cases, a concise description of the location of the property affected by each application. Agendas for the scheduled hearing dates are set 21 days prior to the date of the hearing.
