Senior Information and Assistance (I&A) is the gateway for information and advocacy for older adults in Snohomish County. Program staff maintain a computerized database of more than 1,100 services and benefits that can be accessed through a single phone call. Senior Information and Assistance is the formal intake point for Snohomish County Case Management and the Respite Care Program. Senior Information and Assistance also makes referrals for state funded long-term care services through DSHS.
The Senior I&A Program, provided by Homage Senior Services, is partially funded by Snohomish County Long-Term Care and Aging.

Chinese, Korean, and Tagalog speaking staff provide outreach and information services to the Chinese, Korean, and Filipino communities. The AT&T Language Line is also available for most other non-English or limited-English speaking individuals.
