Annual Parking & Boat Launch Permits

Boat Launches: Due to all park gates being closed, boat launches will be inaccessible through May 4, 2020.  Annual passes, valid during the closure, will be honored beyond their punched expiration date.  The duration of the extension will be based upon when the gates re-open.

For Snohomish County COVID-19 response visit our webpage.

For frequent users of Snohomish County Parks, we offer the convenience and savings of an annual parking / boat launch pass. Passes can be used at all of our parks that charge a day-use fee (Flowing Lake Park, Kayak Point Park, Twin Lakes, Twin Rivers Park, Wyatt Park, and Wenberg Park). Annual Passes make great gifts too!

  • Passes are good for one year from date of purchase
  • They can be shared with another vehicle, but cannot be used for more than one vehicle at a time.
  • Passes (day use or Annual) cover both launch and parking in day-use areas.
  • Be sure to display the pass conspicuously where a ranger can see it and read the pass number and expiration date.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Washington State Park’s Discover Pass and passes issued through the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife, are not valid at Snohomish County Parks. Passes cannot be used for overnight camping.
