Snohomish County Public Works is proposing improvements to the Locust Way and Larch Way intersection. These improvements are expected to improve traffic flow and expand mobility for bicyclists and pedestrians. Intersection improvements may include the addition of a traffic signal and two left turn pockets. This project is currently in the design report phase with construction estimated to begin in 2019.
2017-2018: Prepare design report, survey, environmental review, right-of-way acquisition and public involvement
2019- 2020: Estimated construction (pending funding)

Snohomish County will complete an environmental review of the proposed project area in compliance with the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA).
